Know all men by these presents that, I
Ezekiel Parish in consideration on the natural
love and affection which I have and bear
for my wife Mariah Parish, and also for
diverse other good causes and considerations
I the said Ezekiel Parish hereunto Moving
have given, granted and confirmed unto
the said Mariah Parish all and singular,
my entire stock of cattle eight head,
marked swallow fork, upper and under
bit in one ear, crop and half crop in the
other.  Two head marked under sloop and
upper bit in one ear, crop and under bit
in the other ear, in all ten head marked
"A.P." Whatsoever in whose hands custody or
possession so ever they be. 
                         To have and to hold
and enjoy all and singular the said cattle
aforesaid unto the said Mariah Parish, her
executors, administrators or assigns to the only
proper use & behoof of the Mariah Parish, her
executors, administrators and assigns forever.
and I the said Ezekiel Parish all and singular
cattle to the said Mariah Parish her exec-
utors and administrators & assigns against me
the said Ezekiel Parish my executors and ad-
ministrators and all and every other person
and persons who so ever shall and will
warrant and forever defend by these presents
of all and every singular which said cattle
