said Mariah Parish have put the said
Mariah Parish in full possession by
delivering to her the said cattle at the
time of the sealing and delivery of these
presents.  In the name of the whole power

State of Florida } This Indenture made this the
County of Alachua} first day of January AD 1875
between J.J. Jones partie of the first part and 
Elizabeth Williams party of the second part both of
the said State and County Witnesseth that the Said
J.J. Jones for and in consideration of the Sum
of Five Dollars to him in hand paid by the Said
Elizabeth Williams the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged dose by these presents give grant
bargain sell and convey unto the Said Elizabeth
Williams her heirs and assigns that certain tract
of Land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida And more particularly dis
-cribed as the South West 1/4 of the South West 1/4
of Section (10) Ten South Range (18) Eighteen West
containing Forty (40) Acres more or less together
with all the improvements thereto in any wise
appertaining To have and to hold the above gran
=ted premisces to the said Elizabeth Williams
her heirs and assigns in fee Simple And the Said
J.J. Jones will and his heirs and executors and
administrators Shall the Said property to the
Said Elizabeth Williams her heirs Executors and
Administrators forever warrant and defend
against the lawful demands of all persons
whatsoever In the testimony whereof the
