Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that I,
George Doig of Alachua County Florida for and inconsid-
eration of the sum of One Hundred and and seventy five ($175.00)
to me in hand paid by W.H. Belton the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained, sold aliened and
conveyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell alien
and convey unto the said William H. Belton and his heirs
and assigns all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land
known and described as follows, to wit; - Commencing
sixty (60) feet North of the Florida Rail-Road at the South
East corner of Henry Avera's lot (now Mixon's lot) and
running North two Hundred & ten (210) feet, thence East
two Hundred (200) feet, thence south to within sixty (60) feet
of the Florida Rail-Road, thence Westward and parallel
with said Road to point of beginning containing one acre
more or less, being in section four (4) Township ten (10)
Range twenty (20) in Alachua County Florida = To have
and to hold unto him the said W.H. Belton his heirs and as-
signs in fee simple forever - And I do hereby further
covenant and agree to and with the said W.H. Belton
that I have good right to sell and convey the said land
and premises and that I will warrant and defend
