Alachua County  } I, McKeen Carleton an acting Justice of the peace in
and for said County do hereby certify that the within deed of conveyance
was signed sealed and delivered in presence of myself and A.R. Carleton as
subscribing witnesses to said deed; and further I certify that John
Holden and Mary Holden, both well known to me, acknowledged to
signed the within for the purposes therein expressed, and Mary Holden
said she did the same freely, voluntarily and of her own accord,
without compulsion dread or fear from or of her said husband
    This 5th day of February A.D. 1872.

Chautauqua County}  of the town of Busti in the State and County aforesaid have
Chosen Authorized Constituted And appointed DeWarren L. Barton of The
State of Florida and County of Alachua my attorney in fact for me and in
my name to sell to any person or persons and for any sum of money
or other consideration as may to him seem most to my advantage
Two hundred acres of land in sections (27, twenty seven and -28-
Twenty Eight township -10- ten - Range -19- nineteen lying and being
situate in The state of Florida and county of Alachua and in what
is known as The Aradondo Grant. Upon such sale to receive
any sum of money or other consideration Therefor and for the same
to execute in my name property receipts and acquitances and
to make and execute to such land such assurances of title with
such covenants and warrants as to my said attorney shall
seem proper - Hereby ratifying all acts of my said agent
in the premises. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal This 19th day of March A.D. 1873.
