          This Indenture made and entered into on this
the fourteenth (14th) day of June in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and seventy five between the
Florida Town Improvement Company a body corporate by the
laws of Florida party of the first part and Mrs. L.C. Burge
party of the second part Witnesseth That the party of the first
part for & in consideration of One Hundred Dollars lawful
money of the United States to it in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged has given granted bargained aliened sold transferred
conveyed and confirmed and does by these presents give grant
alien bargain alien sell transfer convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and her heirs & assigns forever
all that certain lot or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the town of Waldo, County of Alachua & State of Florida
& better known & described on the plat of said town as Lot num-
ber Eight (8) Block number ten (10) said Lot fronting thirty
three and one third feet on Sparkman Street which bounds is
on the south west from whence it runs seventy five feet on
Ormand Street which bounds it on the North East, thence to
Kennard Street which bounds it on the North West thence to point
of beginning being thirty three & one third feet by seventy five feet
