remainders rents issues & profits thereof. To have & to hold

Jacob Gildersleeve of the State & County aforesaid for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Twenty one Dollars to me in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I hereby grant
bargain sell & deliver unto Fortune Sturks of said State and
County the following described piece or parcel of land situated
in Alachua County & described as follows to wit;  Twenty one acres
in the South West quarter of the South East quarter of Section Eleven (11)
Township ten (10) Range nineteen (19) Twenty one (21) acres more
or less to have & to hold unto him the said Fortune Sturks his heirs and
