State of Florida} Before the subscriber a Justice of the
Alachua County } Peace in & for said County personally came
Penelope Gildersleeve wife of Jacob Gildersleeve the grantor in
the foregoing Deed & the said Penelope Gildersleeve being by me
examined separate & apart from her said husband did
acknowledge that she relinquished & released all her Dower
& right of Dower of in and to the property conveyed in the
foregoing Deed from Jacob Gildersleeve her husband to
Fortune Sturks and the said Penelope Gildersleeve says
that she does the same freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion, constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband. In witness of the above I have
hereunto set my hand & official seal this 27th day of August

This Indenture made and entered into this 19th
day of November 1874 between Joseph H. Barry of the
County of Bradford and State of Florida party of the first
part and William E. Ennis of the second part of Alachua
County Florida - Witnesseth that the party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Three
Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold
unto the said party of the second part all that certain tract
or parcel of land in Alachua County State of Florida
and which is known and described as follows to wit:
the North half of Lot ten and the South half of lot
three in Section Eighteen Township Eight South Range
