together with all & singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise apper
taining to have and to hold the hereinbefore described
tract or parcel of land to his own proper use and behoof
forever in fee simple And the party of the first part will
forever warrant & defend the same against the claims of all

Barry do by these presents made and executed by me sep
arate & apart from my said husband and in the presence
of Benjamin E. Tucker Clerk of the Circuit Court of said
County and State, acknowledge & declare that I do, for the sum
of one Dollar to me in hand paid relinquish all my Dower
and right of Dower in and to the land described in the fore
going Deed unto the said W.E. Ennis and that I do the same
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion of or from
my said husband the said Joseph H. Barry.  In witness
whereof I hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal this 19th

State of Florida} Be it remembered that on this the 19th day of Novem
Bradford County } ber AD 1874 personally appeared before me the above
named Sarah L. Barry to me well known as the wife of Joseph H. Barry
& acknowledged that she executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance for the pur-
pose of relinquishing her Dower & right of Dower in and to the lands in said con
veyance described together and also on the same day personally appeared J.H.
Barry grantor in said Deed and acknowledged that he executed the same
for the purposes therein expressed whereupon it is prayed that the same may be
