Alachua County  } lor who being duly sworn says that he
saw Wm E. Ennis and Amanda Ennis sign seal and
deliver the foregoing Deed of Conveyance for the uses
and purposes therin contained & expressed & that he
together with W.H. Belton signed the same as
subscribing witnesses thereto     }

This Indenture made & entered into this 15th day of
September AD 1875. Know all men by these presents
that I Hardee Raulerson of State of Florida and County
of Alachua for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen
hundred ($1500.00) Dollars to me in hand paid by Peter
W.W. Sparkman of the State of Florida in the County
of Alachua the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby give, grant bargain sell & convey unto the said Peter
W.W. Sparkman his heirs and assigns a certain a certain
tract or parcel of land situated in the County of Alachua
State of Florida aforesaid bounded and described as fol-
lows: SE1/4 of SW1/4, SW1/4 of SW1/4, NW1/4 of SW1/4, the NE1/4
of the SW1/4 being in Section 23 Township 8 South of Range
21 East containing one hundred & sixty acres more or less
also the NE1/4 of SE1/4 of section 22 in Township 8 South
of Range 21 East containing forty acres more or less together with
all the privileges & appurtenances thereunto belonging To have & to hold
the aforegranted premises to the said Peter W.W. Sparkman his
heirs & assigns in fee simple forever.  And I the said
Hardee Raulerson for myself, my heirs executors and administrators
do covenant with the said Peter W.W. Sparkman his heirs
& assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted
premises, that they are free from all encumbrances, that I have
good right to sell & convey the same unto the said Peter W.W.
Sparkman & that I will & my heirs executors & administrators shall
warrant & defend the same to the said Peter W.W. Sparkman
against the lawful claims & demands of all persons And for
the consideration aforesaid & for diverse other good & valuable con
siderations, I Sallie E. Raulerson wife of Hardee Raulerson do hereby
release & quit claim unto the said P.W.W. Sparkman his heirs &
assigns all my right claim or posability of Dower in or out of the
