Alachua County  } in & for said County personally came Hardee
Raulerson & Sallie E. Raulerson his wife who severally acknowl
edge that they executed the above conveyance for the specific
purpose and the said Sallie E. Raulerson upon a separate 
examination apart from her said husband says she signed the
within conveyance voluntarily & without fear of her said
husband - Witness my hand & seal this 15th day of September

State of Florida } This Indenture made this Thirteenth
County of Alachua} day of April Anno Domini 1875 between
John M. Feaster and Rebecca Feaster wife of John P. Feaster
of the second part Witnesseth that the said John M. Feaster for and
in consideration of the natural love and affection he bears for her
as also for the better maintenance, support and livelihood of her the
said Rebecca Feaster has given granted aliened released and 
confirmed and by these presents does give grant & alien and release
unto the said Rebecca Feaster during the term of her natural life
then unto Charlotte K. Zetrouer, wife of Albert Zetrouer and
John K. Feaster and Mary K. Feaster and Andrew K. Feaster
and Jacob K. Feaster, the heirs of John P. Feaster, and unto their
heirs forever and in the event of the death of any of the heirs of the
said John P. Feaster without legal issue their his or her portion
to be divided among the remaining heirs of the said John P. Feaster the follow
ing tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Alachua & State of Florida
& described as follows: The North West quarter of Section 33 Township
11 South Range 20 East containing one hundred & sixty acres
more or less also all of the South East quarter of Section 34
Township 11 South Range 20 East, except 3 acres
more or less described as follows: commencing at a point on the
