west line of Sec 34 Township 11 South Range 20 East due
west from the centre of a pond known as Walaka Pond, then
running due East 70 yards thence South 210 yards, thence
West to Section line 70 yards, thence North down said section line
210 yards to the point of commencement - with all the Estate
right property title and interest of him the said John M. 
Feaster in and to the same - To have and to hold the said
premises and all the appurtenances thereof to her the said 
Rebecca Feaster and her heirs the children of John P. Feaster

State of Florida} Whereas I, Sherman Conant as United
Alachua County  } States Marshal, under and by virtue of a
writ of Fieri facias, issued out of the Circuit Court of the
United States for the Fifth Circuit and Northern District of
Florida in a certain cause wherein Hildreth and Talbot
were Plaintiffs and John T. Matthews was Defendant did
on the 26th day of July AD 1875 levy upon the property
hereinafter described as the property of said Defendant
John T. Matthews in said Execution and did duly ad-
vertise said property for sale according to law on this 6th
day of September AD 1875 sell the same at public auction
before the Court House door in the Town of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida pursuant to said advertisement
of the same And according to law and whereas at said 
sale William Edwards became the purchaser of said property as
hereinafter described for the sum of Twenty Dollars that
being the highest sum bid for the same at said sale and
