he being the bidder thereof = Now therefore know all men by these
presents that I the said Sherman Conant as said United States
Marshall for and in consideration of the said sum of Twenty
Dollars to as said Marshal in hand paid by the said Wil-
liam Edwards the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
and under and by virtue of said writ of Fieri facias, said 
levy and sale thereunder made have granted bargained
sold & conveyed & by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said William Edwards all that certain
lot piece or parcel of land with the buildings therein and the
appurtenances and hereditaments to the same belonging or
appertaining known designated and described as Block
Four (4) Range Six (6) in the Town of Gainesville County of
Alachua State of Florida, the same being the property
levied upon under the execution aforesaid and sold as
aforesaid on this day as the property of John T. Matthews
the Defendant in said Execution ___ To have and to hold
the same unto him the said William Edwards his heirs Executors
Administrators & assigns in fee simple forever as fully as
I the said Marshal under and by virtue of said writ of
Fieri facias levy and sale, might could or ought
to sell and convey the same. In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this sixth day
of September AD 1875
