Alachua County  } Know all men by these
presents that I J.J. Jones of the County of
Alachua & State aforesaid in consideration of
the sum of Two hundred Dollars to us paid
by Charlotte Wilson of the County & State above
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and
hereby give grant sell & convey to the said
Charlotte Wilson her heirs & assigns all that
parcel of land bounded & described as follows
to wit: Forty (40) acres being lying & being sit
uated in the North West corner of Section six
Township ten (10) Range Eighteen (18)
To have & to hold the aforegranted land to the
said Charlotte Wilson her heirs & assigns
to her & their use & behoof forever   And I the
said J.J. Jones do hereby for myself & my heirs
& executors & admrs covenant with the said
Charlotte Wilson her heirs & assigns that I am
lawfully seized in fee simple of the aforegranted land
that they are free from all encumbrances that I
have good right to sell & convey the same to the said
Charlotte Wilson & that I & my heirs & Executors
will & by these presents do warrant & defend the said land
to the said Charlotte Wilson her heirs & assigns
from all lawful claims & demands of all kinds
   In Witness whereof I together with Virginia E. Jones
my wife who here relinquishes her right of Dower ** and
have hereto set our hands & seals this 21 Nov 1871
