State of Florida} Know all men by these presents that one
Suwannee County } Sarah Oni Myzell (formerly Sarah Oni
Heath) and Andrew W. Myzell my husband for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Five Dollars to us hand paid by the
firm formerly doing business in the Town of Gainesville, Alachua
County, Florida under the firm name and Style of James D.
Matheson & Company, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have hereby bargained sold aliened, remised, released and con-
veyed and forever quit claimed and by these presents do bargain
sell remise alien release convey and forever quit claim unto the
said James D. Matheson & Company, their heirs executors adminis
trators & assigns, the following described real Estate situate lying
and being in the Town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida, described known and designated on the
maps of said Town of Gainesville as the North Western portion of
Lot one (1) Block Four (4) Range three (3) containing in
front of Thirty (30) feet from North & South on East Maine
Street and a depth from East to West of one hundred (100)
feet together with all & singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto them the said James D.
Matheson and Company their heirs Executors administrators amd
assigns in fee simple forever.  In witness whereof we have hereunto set
our hands and seals this 11th day of September AD 1875

State of Florida} Before me personally came Mrs. Sarah
Suwannee County } Oni Mizell wife of Andrew W. Myzell to
me well and personally known, who being by me first duly questioned
and examined separate and apart from her said husband ac-
knowledged before me that she signed sealed and executed the fore-
going quit claim Deed to the property therein described for the purpose
of conveying all her right title interest and claim in the said property which she
has now or may hereafter be entitled to or have separately from her said
husband by reason of her being the heir in law of Washington R. Heath
and that she executed the said Deed freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear, of or from her said husband
