State of Florida} Before me personally came Henry W.
Suwannee County } Pooser who being duly sworn says that
he saw Mrs. Sarah Oni Myzell and Andrew W. Myzell
her husband sign seal and deliver the foregoing instru-
ment of Writing for the uses and purposes therein contained and
expressed and that he together with J.L. Hodges signed the
same as subscribing witnesses thereto}

State of Florida}  Sheriff's Deed
Alachua County  } This Indenture made and entered into this
second day of December AD 1867 between John O. Cosby Sheriff of 
said County of the first part and John O'Malloy of the second
part:- Whereas by virtue of a writ of Fieri facias issued out of the
Circuit Count, holden in and for the County of Alachua and to the
Sheriff directed, he was commanded that of the lands and tenements
goods and chattels of Daniel M. Finger he cause to be made the
sum of Three Hundred and Eighty seven Dollars and thirty eight
cents with interest thereon and costs of suit which John P.C. Massey
lately received in the Circuit Court of said County against Daniel
M. Finger and whereas the said Sheriff by virtue of said writ of
Fieri facias, did on the ninth day of September AD 1867 levy upon
and seize the property hereinafter described and whereas the said
Sheriff John O. Cosby as aforesaid did by virtue of said writ
and pursuant to the Statutes in such cases made and pro
vided duly advertise the said property for sale and date of these
presents and on this day sell the same at public auction according to
law to John O'Malley for the sum of Four hundred and Fifty Dollars
being the highest sum bid for the same:- Now therefore know ye that

I the said John O'Cosby as sheriff by virtue of^said writ and of the Statutes
in such cases made and provided in consideration of the said sum of 
Four hundred and Fifty Dollars to me paid by the said County of the second
part have granted bargained & sold and by these presents do grant bargain
& sell unto the said party of the second part his heirs & assigns forever all the
following property viz; lying and being in the town of Gainesville County
of Alachua & State of Florida - that is to say all that lot or parcel
of land Known and described on the map of the said Town as Lot
