No Three (3) in Block Two (2) Range Three (3) the same
being sixty feet front on the west side of the Court House
Square and running West one hundred and ninety seven feet
deep Together with all & singular the right title and interest of
the said Daniel M. Finger and appurtenances which the said
Daniel M. Finger had in the said property Jointly and severally
and the same to hold as fully as I the said Sheriff as aforesaid
under said writ cold ought to sell and convey the
same. Given under my hand and seal this second day of 
December AD 1867

This Indenture made and entered into on this 26th day of
June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
five Between the Florida land and immigration Company a Body
corporate by the laws of Florida party of the first party and
Phillip B.H. Dudley and James W. Williams comprising the firm of
Dudley & Company of the Town of Archer County of Alachua & State of
Florida parties of the second part Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for & in consideration of One hundred and Fifty
Dollars lawful money of the United States to us in hand paid at & before
the ensealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has given granted aliened bargained sold transferred 
conveyed & confirmed unto the said parties of the second part and their 
successors & assigns forever all those certain tracts or parcels of land situate
lying & being in the County of Alachua & State of Florida & better known
and described on the Public Maps & record of said State as the
South West quarter of the North East quarter of the North west quarter of the
South East quarter and the North West quarter of the South East quarter 
of the North West quarter of the South East quarter of section seventeen (17)
Township Eleven (11) S. Range Eighteen (18) East To have and
to hold the above bargained & described premises together with all & sin-
gular the privileges easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining unto the said parties of the second part
