I do hereby acknowledge & under & by virtue of said writ of Fieri facias
and the levy and sale thereunder made have granted bargained sold
& conveyed & by these presents do grant bargain sell & convey unto the
said Soloman J. Pinkerssohn all that certain lot piece or parcel
of land with the buildings, tenements, hereditaments & appurtenances
known designated & described as the South East corner of Lot (4)
Four Block (2) Two Range Three (3) Forty five (45) feet deep by (25)
Twenty five feet front opposite the Court House Square in the Town
of Gainesville in the County of Alachua State of Florida the
same being the property levied under the execution aforesaid
and sold as aforesaid on this day as the property of the Defendant
John T. Matthews to satisfy said Execution = To have & to Hold to
him the said Soloman J. Pinkerssohn his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple forever as fully as I the said Marshal might
could or ought to sell & convey the same under said Execution levy
and sale.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my
