Estate of Bailey and others; which was, as the property of James
S. Thompson, at the time, by the Marshall and under the ex-
ecutor above mentioned, sold and conveyed to me the
said S. McGowan.
3 A house, without buildings and seven acres of Land
Situated in Liberty Hill in the County of Kershaw afore
said, adjoining lots of R.B. Cunningham, the Estate of
of Wyatt Patterson, Wylie Patterson and others.
4. A tract of land Known as the "Beaver Creek Tract" contain
ing fourteen hundred acres more or less, six miles East of
Liberty Hill, Adjoining lands of Jas S. Thompson, Estate
D.G. Perry and others
5. A tract Known as the "Turley tract" situated in Kershaw 
County near Liberty Hill, containing two hundred and
fifty acres more or less, adjoining lands of Jas S. Thomp
son, Daniel Kirkland and others
6. A tract Know as the "Hill place in Kershaw County afore
said
7. There fourth interest in thirty acres of land more or
less, with and oveshot mill thereon, adjoining lands of James
S. Thompson, Gardner Collins and others
8. "A tract Known as the "Miller Place" in Kershaw County,
containing one hundred acres more or less, adjoining lands
of James S. Thompson, J.A. Doye and others
9. "A tract know as the "Russell place" in Kershaw
County - aforesaid, containing 3,4,5,6,7,8,&9 were as the
property of L.J. Patterson sold by the Marshal under the
fieri facias above mentioned no 1st, and were bought by
me and conveyed to me - 
10 A tract situated in Lancaster County aforesaid, bound
ed by lands of L.J. Patterson, Jason Clark, decdand Mar
garet Stewart; which tract was under an order of the ordina
ry of Lancaster County - made in a proceeding had for the par
tition of the Estate of William R. Bailey, sold by J.B. Consort
sheriff, Lancaster District and by him conveyed to me

ver creek, containing two thousand five hundred acres more
or less bounded by lands of Moses Duncan, Wylie Patterson
Charles A. Lye, Mrs Hammond, Estate of James Bygart
Estate of John Thompson; Sarah Hudson and L.J.
Patterson being land formerly owned by John L.
