Jones and, by J.M Gale assignee in Bankruptcy of the
said John L. Jones, in February, 1869, conveyed to me, 
the said Samuel McGowan.
12  "A tract of land situated in Alachua County State of
Florida, consisting of various section in township 10 Range
19, containing in the whole about fourteen hundred & seven
ty acres more or less, which last mentioned tract as sold
by the sheriff of Alachua County, Florida, as the property of
L.J. Patterson, under process of execution against him,
together with a steam engine, a grist mill, four cotton gins,
ten mules, two wagons, eight set of plow gear, corn, fodder and
the cattle on the plantation; all of which personal property is
intended to be included in this deed
   Together with all, and singular, the rights, members, here
ditament and appurtenances, to the said tracts of land
or either of them, belonging, or in anywise incident or appur
taining
     Also, the following personal property, a note under seal
made by H.H. Peak payable to Samuel McGowan or his
assignee dated April 16, 1870, And payable three
years after - date - for five thousand dollars, with inter
est thereon from date at ten per cent per annum, beds

bedsteads, sheets & bureaux, silver plate, china and kitchen
Glas & Glassware, utensils of the pantry and kitchen, This
being intendid to include all of these articles which are now
in the house or upon the premises of the said L.J. Patterson
Thirty-seven mules, two horses, fifty head of cattle, one carriage
and harness, nine wagons, two carts, plantation tools on any
of the lands above mentioned articles now in Kershaw, one
piano, Rosewood furniture for drawing room, the same for cham
ber, mahogany furniture for chamber, and all the household fur
niture in the house of the said L.J. Patterson at Liberty Hill.
    To have and to hold, to the said William H. Parker his heirs
executors, administrators, and assigns forever, In trust, never
theless for the sole and separate use of Hannah M. Patterson
wife of L.J. Patterson, which full power in her to alien sell and
convey all or any portion of the property hereby conveyed, to in
vest and re-invest, to mortgage or encumber, to antici
pate profits at her pleasure, and to deal with all or any of
the said property as if it were absolutely her own, and by
her last will and testament to dispose of the same at
her pleasure
