The State of South Carolina
         Know all men by these presents that we Wm H. Par
ker of Abbeville County, in said State, Trustee for Mrs H.M. Patter
son under deed bearing date January 1873 by S.M. McGowan to said
Wm H. Parker: And H.M. Patterson Cestui Que trust and sole
beneficiary under said deed, as will appear by reference to the
same on Record for and in consideration of the sum of six thou-
sand Dollars (viz three thousand dollars in cash and three thou
sand in twelve months with interest at eight per cent per
annum to be secured by bond and mortgage of the prem
ises below described) the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted, bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto Julia
Cessna Annie L. Barton and Franklin Johnson of the
County of Alachua State of Florida the following lands in
said last mentioned State and County to wit= part of sec
tion twenty two, Township ten Range Nineteen, containing
Five hundred and thirty nine 80/100 acres more or less; also part
of section fifteen, Township Ten, Range Nineteen, containing three
hundred and twenty acres more or less - also part of section four
teen Township Ten, Range Nineteen,  beginning at the half
mile stake of the west  line of section fourteen in Township Ten
Range Nineteen running East to the Gary Grant and all of said
section south of said line.
   Also all the North West quarter of section twenty three
in Township ten - Range Nineteen, that is not included in
the Gary Grant which said fraction is supposed to contain
sixty or eighty acres more or less, and said tracts supposed
to contain about eleven Hundred and fifty acres more or
less, also, west half of section fifteen, Township ten Range
Nineteen containing three Hundred and twenty acres more
or less said tracts of land supposed to amount in the ag
gregate - to fourteen Hundred & twenty acres more or less, being
the same lands conveyed to S. McGowan by Geo L. Barnes
Sheriff of Alachua County, State of Florida by deed bearing
date - 6 July 1869 Recorded in Book G, pages 769-770
14" July 1869 and by said S. McGowan conveyed to said
Wm H. Parker trustee by deed bearing date - January 18 1873
Together with all and singular the Rights; members her
editaments and appurtenances to the said tracts of land or
either of them belonging or in any wise incident or ap
pertaining
