To have and to hold all and singular the said parts of sections
and parcels of lands above described, with the rights, mem
bers and hereditaments thereto appertaining unto the said
Julia Cessna, Annie L. Barton and Franklin Johnson,
their heirs and executors administrators and assigns forever
and to the said Wm H. Parker, as trustee as aforesaid and
not otherwise, and to the said H.M. Patterson Cestui Que
trust as foresaid; do hereby forever warrant and defend
the said tracts or parcels of land above described unto the
said Julia Cessna, Annie L. Barton & Franklin John
son, their heirs executors and assigns forever
      In Token whereof we have hereunto affixed our
