Know all men by these presents that
I, Ransom Cason of one part in the County
of Alachua County and State of Florida
for and in consideration of Fifty Dollars
paid to me by Peter Jackson of the other
part in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby give
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto 
the said Peter Jackson his heirs and as
signs a certain parcel of land situate
in Alachua County; State of Florida
in section six (6) Township seven (7) South
of Range nineteen (19) East to have and
to hold the above granted premises to
the said Peter Jackson, his heirs and
assigns, to his and their use and behoof
forever - And I the said Ransom Cason
for myself and my heirs executors &
administrators do covenant with the
Peter Jackson his heirs and assigns
that am Lawfully seized in fee simple
of the aforementioned premises, that they 
are free from all encumbrances, that have
good right to sell and convey the same
to the said Peter Jackson, his heirs, and
assigns aforesaid, and that I will and
my heirs administrators and executors shall
warrant and defend the same to the said
Peter Jackson his heirs and assigns forever
against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons whomsoever -
