first part have given granted, bargained sold and
conveyed, and by these presents, do so give, grant bargain
sell and convey to the said parties of the second part
the following parcels of land known and described as
follows to wit; One tract of land bounded on the East by
lands of the Estate of B.S. Stoughton, South by the survey
of the village of Micanopy, West by lands of the Estate of
James Childs and F.S. Freyer, and North by the Section
line of what is known as Micanopy Section twenty six of
the Arrodonda grant and containing seventy (70) acres
more or less; Also the North East quarter of the North East
quarter and the West half of the North East quarter of section
thirty five (35) Township ten (10) South of Range twenty two
East containing one hundred and twenty & 73/100 acres
more or less, making in all one hundred and ninety one
& 73/100 acres more or less situated in the County and
state aforesaid: To have and to hold the said above
described lands, toegther with all and singular the
improvements, building and appertenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said
party of the second part, her heirs executors or adminis
trators and assigns in fee simple forever

                  Know all men by these presents that I, Mary Ann
Powell, wife of James Powell, freely and voluntarily and without any 
compulsion constraint apprehention or fear of or from my said hus=
band became a party to the foregoing Indenture of Deed and
signed the same with a view of renouncing and relinquishing all
my right of Dower in & to the real Estate conveyed by said Deed
to the said Esther M. Powell. In testimony whereof I have here=
unto set my hand and affixed my seal on this the first day of
