Relinquishment of Dower-
State of Florida}
          County} Know all men by these presents that
I, Carolina P. Call wife of Wilkinson Call, grantor in the
forgoing Deed granting Real Estate for and in consideration
of the premises and of one Dollar to me in hand paid by Wm
Knabe & Co. the grantees in said Deed mentioned, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have remised released relinquished and
renounced and by these presents do remise, release relinquish and
renounce and forever quit claim unto the said W. Knabe & Co. all
my Dower and right of Dower in and to the lands in said Deed
mentioned and conveyed = To have & to Hold the same to them the
said W. Knabe & Co. their heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby
acknowledge that I do the same freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion, constraint apprehension or fear or from my said husband
    In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 31st day of August AD 1875

State of Florida} Be it remembered that on this 31st day
County of Duval } of August AD 1875 personally came before me
acting Justice of the Peace Carolina P. Call wife of Wilkinson Call
who upon an examination by me held separate & apart from her said
husband and acknowledged that she did make the foregoing renuncia
tion, relinquishment & acknowledgement freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.  Witness my hand and seal this 31st day of
August AD 1875

State of Florida} On this day personally appeared before me Wilkinson
Duval County    } Call to me well known and acknowledged that he ex-
ecuted the foregoing Deed for the uses and purposes therein expressed where
upon it is prayed that the same may be recorded-
