Bradford County } This Indenture entered into and
           fifteenth
made, this the^15th day of October, in the year of our Lord, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy five (1875) between Ste=
phen W. Sparkman, and Rebecca W. Sparkman, parties of
the first part and Harriet Sparkman, Guardian of the
minor children or heirs of Stephen Sparkman, deceased,
party of the second part, all of the County and State
aforesaid Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first
for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred and
Fifty (1850) Dollars to them in hand paid at and before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowleged; Hath given granted, bargained
and sold, and do by these presents forever relin=
quish unto the said party of the second part, all
those certain tracts or parcels of land, lying and be=
ing in the County of Alachua and State aforesaid
and known and described as follows to wit: The
South East (SE) quarter of the South West (SW) quarter,
of the North West (NW) quarter of Section Fourteen, 
(14) of Township Eight (8) South, Range Twenty (20)
East (E) containing Eighty 6/100 (80 6/100) acres more or less also
the East (E) half of the North West (NW) quarter of the
North West (NW) quarter 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14) Township
Eight (8) South of Range Twenty (20) East, containing Twenty
acres more or less, together 100 6/100 acres.  To Have and to
Hold the above granted and described premises, togeth-
er with all and singular the tenements and here=
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining: the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof,
and also all of the estate, right, title interest dower, right
of dower, possession claim and demand whatsoever, and
the said parties of the first part, for theremselves their heirs
executors and administrators, do covenant grant and agree
to and with the said party of the second part, that they
are seized in fee simple of the above granted premises
in manner aforesaid, and that they will, by these
presents, warrant and defend the same against all
lawful claims and demands of all persons whom-
