the said Rebecca M. Sparkman acknowledge, separate and
apart from her husband, the said Stephen W. Sparkman
that she signed it, thus relinquishing her dower, freely and
voluntarily and without compulsion or restraint on the part of

Fulton County    } Know all men by these presents that I,
Cornelia A. Dozier of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of Six Hundred Dollars to me well
secured to be paid by Isabel Harriet Hopwood of Alachua
County Florida have granted bargained have granted bargained
sold & conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Isabel Harriet Hopwood all that certain
Lot tract piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida conveyed to me in 1869
by E.P. Hickson & wife, the same being two hundred (200) feet from
North to South and Four hundred (400) feet from East to West and
known and described as Lot No. Eighteen (18) in Brush's addition
to the Town of Gainesville = To have and to hold the same together 
with all & singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to 
the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to her the said Isabel
Harriet Hopwood her heirs executors administrators & assigns in
