State of Florida} This Indenture made & entered into on the
Alachua County  } Eleventh day of October in the year on thousand
Eight hundred and seventy five between Esther M. Powell and Benjamin
W. Powell her husband of the County & State aforesaid of the first part and
Mrs Prince Charles Cavellieu of the State of Louisiana of the second part
Witnesseth that for & in consideration of the sum of One Thousand
Dollars to us in hand paid at & before the sealing & delivery of these
