State of Florida} This Indenture made & entered into this
Alachua County } December 7th AD 1874 between Frances
J. Grissom and John R.W. Grissom her husband, James
C. Zetrouer and Mary Jane Zetrouer his wife, Caroline E. Till
man and William D. Tillman her husband, Georgia A. Zetrouer
Albert T. Zetrouer, and Charlotte K. Zetrouer his wife, Margaret
L. Pardue and James S. Pardue her husband, John R. Zetrouer
and Minnie Zetrouer his wife, Daniel M. Zetrouer, Soloman O.
Zetrouer and Minnie F. Zetrouer his wife, Josephine V. Dickerson
and William Dickerson her husband and Thomas N. Zetrouer
and Martha Zetrouer his wife heirs and devisees of the Estate
of John R. Zetrouer lately deceased parties of the first part
and Lawson L. Hill party of the second part all of
Alachua County Florida Witnesseth:- That the said parties
of the first part as heirs and devisees aforesaid of the said
John R. Zetrouer deceased for and in consideration of the
sum of Four hundred & ninety seven Dollars & fifty cents (497.50)
To them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do give grant bar-
gain sell & convey unto the said party of the second part all their
right, title, property interest and claim in and to the real property
of the said John R. Zetrouer lately deceased and described as follows
viz: Lot Four (4) Block Four (4) Range three (3) of the survey of
the Town of Gainesville together with all & singular the belongings
there to appertaining = To have & to hold the said described property
in fee simple forever - And the said parties of the first part further
covenant & agree to forever protect said party of the second part in his pos
session and title in and to the said described premises against all
adverse claims and titles of whatever nature and by these presents
they severally and collectively and "their" heirs executors administrators
and assigns so to do as fully and properly as law and equity
may require -
