County of Alachua} This Indenture made and entered into
this 8th day of September AD 1875 between John R. Zetrouer
party of the first part and Sallie J. Perry party of the second
part - Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum
of Eighty Hundred Dollars to the party of the first part in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained and sold and doth
hereby convey unto the said party of the second part all that cer-
tain Lot or parcel of land known as Lot Four (4) in Block (3)
Three Range  two (2) of the survey of the Town of Gainesville in
the County of Alachua & State of Florida with all and singular 
the rights improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining.  To have and to hold the same
to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of
the second part her heirs & assigns in fee simple forever. And the
said party of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to & with
the said party of the second part that he is seized & possessed
of the above described and granted premises and that he will war
rant and defend the title to the same against all claims and demands
whatsoever.  In witness whereof the said party of the first
part has hereunto set his hand & affixed his seal presence of

County of Alachua} Court for Alachua County personally came
William Edwards to me well known who being duly sworn says that
he saw the foregoing Deed signed sealed and delivered  by the part
