State of Florida} I know all men by these presents that
Alachua County  } I, B.C. Drake of the aforesaid County &
State for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars to me in hand paid by Isabel H. Hopwood
of the said State & County the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge, have granted bargained and sold & by these
presents do grant bargain & sell and convey unto her the
said Isabel H. Hopwood the Eight horsepower
engine now situated in her Lot and Eighteen (18) in
Brushes' Addition to the Town of Gainesville in Alachua
County State of Florida together with all & singular the
the Boiler, machinery tools, belting saw and saw fixtures,
grist mill, planing machine & all other fixtures, machinery 
or apparatus to = To have and to hold the same to her
the said Isabel H. Hopwood her heirs executors administrators and
assigns forever - In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and af
fixed my seal on this 1st day of September AD 1875.

County of Alachua} this 8th day of September AD 1875 between
Sallie J. Perry party of the first part and John R. Zetrouer party of 
the second part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum
of Eight hundred Dollars to the party of the first part in hand paid
by the party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the party of the first part hath bargained and sold and doth hereby convey to
the party of the second part all that certain tract or parcel of land known
and described as the North West quarter of the South west quarter and the
South west quarter of the NW 1/4 of section Twenty nine (29) Township
