             Know All Men by These presents - The We, W.K. Cessna
principal and J.W. Childs, Louis A. Barnes and Josiah T. Walls
sureties are held and firmly bound unto Ossian B. Hart Gov-
ernor of the State of Florida, or his successor in office, in the
full sum of five hundred dollars for the payment of
which well and truly ^to be made we do hereby bind ourselves, our
heirs, executors, and administrators, Jointly and severally, firmly
by these presents.
      Sealed with our seals, and dated this 14 day of June
1873
  The conditions of the above obligation is such, that whereas the above
bounded William K. Cessna was, on the 11th day of June A.D. 1873
duly appointed auctioneer for the County of Alachua in said state:
   Now if the said William K. Cessna shall well and truly perform
all the duties of said office as prescribed by law, then this 
obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue:
