Grant lying in the County of Alachua & State of Florida =
To have and to hold the same with all & singular the rights improve
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining to the said party of the second part his heirs executors
& assigns to their only proper uses benefits and behoof forever in fee
simple - And the said party of the first part doth hereby cov-
enant & agree to and with the said party of the second part that
she is seized in fee of the above described and granted lands
and that she will warrant and defend the title to the same against
all claims whatsoever. In witness whereof the party of the first part hath
hereunto set her hand & affixed her seal on this the day and year first

   Know all men by these presents that I, John H. Park of
Malden in the County of Middlesex and Commonwealth of 
Massachusetts in consideration of one Dollar to me paid by
Thomas H. Barnes of Boston in the County of Suffolk and
Commonwealth aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do hereby remise, release, and forever quit claim to the said
Thomas H. Barnes his heirs and assigns one undivided Fourth
(4th) part of a certain Lot or tract of land situated in Florida in
the County of Alachua known as the South West quarter of the South
East quarter of Section numbered Eight (8) of Township nine (9)
South of Range Eighteen (18) East, containing Three hundred and
Twenty 8/100 (320.08) acres; the South West quarter of Section numbered
Eight (8) of Township numbered nine (9) South of Range Eighteen (18) East,
containing One hundred and Twenty & 4/100 (120.04) acres; the South
West quarter of Section numbered thirteen (13) of Township nine (9)
South of Range Seventeen 17 East, containing Forty & 31/100 (40.31) acre
