before me Jas B. Bell a Commissioner in and for the City of
Boston, County of Suffolk and Commonwealth of Massachusetts
duly commissioned and authorized by the Governor and qualified
under the laws of the State of Florida to take acknowledgements and the
proof of execution of Deeds and other instruments in writing under
seal or not, to be used or recorded in the said of Florida and the
take depositions administer oaths, affirmations &c. personally
appeared John H. Park to me well known to be the person
who executed the foregoing and annexed Deed by him sealed and
subscribed and the said John H. Park acknowledged the
execution thereof to be his free act and deed for the uses and

Alachua County  } Amelia B. Chesnut together with James
Chesnut my husband both of the County & State aforesaid for &
in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars cash in
hand paid and for the further consideration of Four hundred
Dollars by notes & mortgages secured to be paid have granted bar-
gained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
