boundary line of the Arrodondo Grant six hundred & ninety
six & two thirds (696 2/3) yards, thence due West Six hundred and
ninety six & two third (696 2/3) yards, thence North Six hundred
& ninety six & two third (696 2/3) yards, thence East Six hundred
& ninety six & two third (696 2/3) yards to the place of beginning
containing one hundred acres of land =  To have and to
hold the same to him the said Emanuel Hays his heirs
executors and administrators in fee simple forever. In
testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals this
4th day of October AD 1873.

untarily and without any compulsion, constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.

Mrs. Amelia B. Chesnut and James Chesnut her husband

in a certain cause wherein Hildreth & Talbot were Plaintiffs
and John T. Matthews was Defendant did on the 26th
