six & two thirds (696 2/3) yards, thence due West Six hundred and
ninety six & two third (696 2/3) yards, thence North Six hundred
& ninety six & two third (696 2/3) yards, thence East Six hundred
& ninety six & two third (696 2/3) yards to the place of beginning
containing one hundred acres of land = To have and to
hold the same to him the said Emanuel Hays his heirs
executors and administrators in fee simple forever. In
testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals this
4th day of October AD 1873.
