he executed the foregoing Deed as trustee for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned, as his voluntarily act and deed.

State of Georgia} Know all men by these presents that I
Cobb County     } Annie E. Young Admx - of the State and
County aforesaid do hereby nominate constitute and ap-
point Phillip H. Young of Alachua County, Florida my 
lawful agent and Attorney in fact as well as at Law, to manage and
control all and every matter connected with the estate of my deceased
husband James Young - And my said Attorney is hereby and
hereunder especially and fully authorized to collect, receive and
receipt for all rents, issues and profits arising due or owing out of 
or from any or all lands or real estate situated lying and being in
Alachua County Florida of which I have the ownership, care, custody or 
control for in or during the past, present or future years until this my
special Power of Attorney shall be duly and regularly annulled, re
called or cancelled by myself, and my said Attorney is hereby further em-
powered for me and in my stead to manage and settle up all Tax matters
liabilities which may be due and owing for Taxes on any and all lands
in Alachua County, Florida of which I have the ownership, care, custody and
control.  And I hereby further, authorize and empower my said Attorney to ap-
point and deputize any other person or persons he may select, for me and in
my stead to act as my agent or agents with full power, to collect received and
receipt for all rents issues & profits arising due or owing or which may
hereafter arise or become due and owing out of my lands in Alachua County
Hereby rectifying and confirming all acts, matters and things done by my
said Attorney touching any of the powers hereby delegated - And I hereby
rescind, recall, cancel & annul any & all former power or powers of Attorney
or letters of Agency heretofore executed by me, delegating to any person or persons
my authority to act for me as my agent Attorney as otherwise over any of the matters
hereby delegated to my Attorney herein named -
