This Indenture made and entered into this October
21st AD 1875 between Truman Doane and Thankful
Doane wife of the said Truman Doane who
Joins in this deed for the purpose of renouncing
and relinquishing her right of dower to land here
inafter mentioned Condelia S. Webster and Norman Webster
husband of the said Condelia parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum two hundred Dollars
to the party of the second part F.H. Blanchard in hand paid
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bar
gained & sold & by these presents do grant bargain & sell to
said party of second part all that certain tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in County of Alachua
in State of Florida; Known and described as flo
folows North west quarter of the South west quarter lots
(10) (15) (16) in south East quarter Sec (9) Town Nine Range
(22) lots 2 & 3 4 & 5 Sec (10) Town Nine Range (22) North
East quarter of North West quarter of Section fifteen Town
nine Range twenty twou Said to contain (691) acres
to have and hold the said land to the party of the sec=
ond his heirs and asigns together all our right
title and claim thereunto and with all the privileges 
and appurtenances thir to belong in witness whereof we
hereunto set our hand and seal the and aforesaid
