State of Florida} This Indenture made and entered into between
Alachua County  } Franklin Johnson of the City of Brooklin County
of Kings & State of New York & Sarah S. his wife; Julia Cessna of
Gainesville, Alachua County State of Florida and Annie L. Barton
of            County of Alachua & State of Florida aforesaid parties of the
first part and H. Clarance Whiting of the County of Alachua & State of
Florida aforesaid party of the Second part Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Six
Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have bargained granted sold released & conveyed and by 
these presents do give grant bargain sell & convey unto the said party
