of the second part all their right title interest and property in &
to the following described piece or parcel of land; viz;- commen-
cing at the South West corner of Section Twenty two (22) Township
ten (10) Range nineteen (19) South & East and running thence
North Twenty Eight & a half (28 1/2) chains to the centre of the
Atlantic Gulf and West India Transit Company's Rail Road
thence North East along the center of the said Rail Road Thirty
six (36) chains and seventy five (75) links to a stake, thence
North Thirty three (33) feet to a stone under the surface of the
ground marked on the top with a cross thus "X" the point of
beginning - thence North Twenty four (24) chains, to a stone in
Hog Town Prairie marked on the top with a cross thus "X", thence
Fifteen (15) chains and Fifty three (53) feet to a stone under the surface
of the ground, marked on top with a cross, thus "X", thence
South fourteen chains & Twenty nine (29) feet to a stone under
the surface of the ground marked on top with a cross thus "X"
and  thirty three (33) feet from the centre of the said Atlantic
Gulf and West India Transit Company's Rail-Road (each)
of the above mentioned chains measuring sixty six (66) feet)
thence South and West along the line of the said Rail-Road
to the point of beginning containing thirty (30) acres of land
all in Section twenty two (22) Township ten (10) Range nineteen
(19) South and East together with all & singular the appur-
tenances & belongings thereunto appertaining = To have and
to hold the said described property in fee simple forever.
And the said Sarah S. Johnson in consideration of one
Dollar to her paid hereby relinquishes her right of Dower
in said premises And the said Franklin Johnson
Julia Cessna and Annie L. Barton further covenant
& agree to forever protect and defend the said party of the
second part in his right, title and property in and to the said
described property against all adverse claims of whatever nature
& by these presents they severally and collectively bind their heirs
executors administrators & assigns so to do as fully and perfectly
as law & equity shall require In testimony whereof they the said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals this
the thirtieth day of August AD 1875.
