County of Alachua} This Indenture made this 7th day of June
AD 1873 between Lewis A. Barns Sheriff of Said County
of the first part and Thomas F. King - of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth that Whereas
by virtue of Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the Circuit
Court for Said County and to him the said Sheriff dire
cted he was commanded That of the goods and chattels lands
and tenements of the East Florida Seminary he caused to be
made the sum of one Thousand (1016. 75/100) and Sixteen 73/100 Dollars
With interest thereon together with costs of suit Which Patience
E. Smith admx lately on the 15th day of March A.D.
1873 recorded in our Circuit Court against the East
Florida Seminary and Whereas I Lewis A. Barns, as
Sheriff as aforesaid by virtue of said writ did on the
day of June A.D. 1875 levy upon and seize the property
hereafter described and the Legal advertisement of the sale
of said property having been waved by the parties the 7th
day of June 1875 sell the same at public auction accor
ding to Law to Thomas F. King for the sum of Ten
Dollars being the highest sum bid of on the same
Now Therefore Know ye that I the said Lewis A. Barns
as Sheriff aforesaid by virtue of the said writs
for and in consideration of said sum of Ten Dollars
to me in hand paid by the said Thomas F.
King, party of the second part have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargained
and sell unto the said Thomas F. King party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever all
the folowing property to wit = Lots Number seven
(7) and Eight (8) of Watsons Survey of the Town of 
Micanopy in Alachua County State of Florida
Together with all the rights titles interest and
