State of Florida} This Indenture made and entered
Bradford County } into this the fourteenth 14th day
of October AD 1875 between Cicero A. Simmons of
said State and County the party of the first part
and Samuel Y. Finley of Duval County Florida
the party of the second part
Witnesseth
That for and in concideration of the sum of Fifty
Dollars paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge and from
other good and valuable consideration me thereunto moving
the said party of the first part has barg, the said
party of the first part bargained sold delivered and
conveyed and by these doth sell and confirm unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns that certain piece or parcel of land situ
ated in Alachua County Florida in sec Thirty one
(31) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty two S&E being Lots
No. two and No Eleven in a contemplated village
situated as aforesaid and to be called Mound 
Springs; containing Four (4) acres more or less
