To have and to Hold unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns the above granted
land premises in fee simple title forever
And the said party of the first part for himself
his heirs & assigns does warrant the title in and to the

Bradford County } M. Simmons wife of Cicero Sim-
mons the grantor in the above Deed who being
examined by me separate and apart from her
said husband acknowledged that she relinquished
her right of dower and entire Dower interest in and
to said land, freely and voluntarily and with-
out any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband

that I, Martha M. Simmons, wife of Cicero A. Simmons
the grantor in the above deed do hereby, for the consid-
eration of five dollars in hand paid and in further
consideration of the premises, release and forever
entirely relinquish all my right and interest of
dower in and to the above granted premises, and
do forever by these presents renounce the same this
14th day of October A.D. 1875.
