who executed the deed or instrument to H. Clarence
Whiting on the 30th day of August A.D. 1875. - and
on a private examination by me made sep=
arate and apart from her husband, William
K. Cessna, thereby acknowledging to me that
she executed the said instrument or deed
freely and without any fear or compulsion
of her said husband, William K. Cessna, this

Geo F.K. Beattie as administrator of the estate of
James Beattie decd party of the first part and Quash 
Watson party of the second part all of the County
