presents doth grant bargain claim and convey unto
the said Quash Watson the following described Lot
in parcel of Land, Forty acres of Land lying and
being in Lot No (2) Two of the Moses Levy Grant, the
same being a square of (40) forty acres lying in the
south west corner of said Grant bounded on
the west by lands of Dr. Harrison and on the south
by lands owned of Wm R. Mills, and on the north by
Lands of W.K. Cessna, said Lands lying and being 
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
to have and to hold the above described lands
unto the said Quash Watson his heirs and ass
igns forever hereby agreeing and covenanting to
Quit Claim all right title or interest in and to
said Lands, as administrator as foresaid

the 11th day of November A.D. 1875 between Elise M. Haile
and Chas. E. Haile husband of said Elise M. Haile of
the first part and Ola Matheson of the second part,
