without any fear or compulsion of her said hus
band.

Alachua County } Whereas by virtue of an execution
issued out of the Circuit Court on the 2d day of
April A.D. 1873, upon a Decree of Foreclosure ren-
dered in said Court by J.H. Goss, Judge on the
1st day of April, A.D. 1873, and to me Louis A.
Barnes, Sheriff of said County delivered, I was
commanded that of the goods and chat-
tels, lands and tenements of George L. Barnes
to cause to be made the sum of Two Thousand
Two Hundred and Eighty two Dollars and nine=
ty= two cents with interest thereon, and costs of suit
which John M. Feaster lately recovered in the Cir
cuit Court, sitting in Chancery, at Gainesville, Alach
ua County, against him the said George L. Barnes.
And Whereas I, the said Louis A. Barnes, Sheriff as
aforesaid, by virtue of said Decree of Foreclosure and |
