Alachua County  } Whereas, Charles W. Little, as Administra-
tor of all and singular, the goods, chattels, rights, and credits
of John Little, deceased, late of said County did give notice
in terms of the States in such cases made and pro=
vided, that he would apply for leave to sell Sec. 15. T9. S.
Range 19 E, the real estate of said deceased for a dis-
tribution among the heirs of said deceased and
    Whereas, He, the said Administrator, did apply
for said leave, and having complied fully with
the Statutes in such cases made and provided, an 
order was issued, to wit:-on the 20th day of June, 1875, author=
izing said administrator to sell said lands for said
distribution: and Whereas, Said lands were exposed for
sale on the 1st Monday of August, 1875 (the same being
the second day of said month) before the Court House
door of said County, within the legal hours of sale,
and Whereas, Mrs. Sarah C. Little, became the highest and
best bidder for all of said Sec, 15, T.9 S. Range 19 E saving
and excepting the NE 1/4 of said Section, at the sum of
Twelve Hundred and Thirteen Dollars (1213). ---- Now Know
all Men by these Presents - That I, J.C. Gardner, as
Commissioner as aforesaid, for and in consideration of
the sum of Twelve Hundred and Thirteen Dollars,
to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged do hereby give grant bargain and sell unto
Mrs. Sarah C. Little, her heirs and assigns forever all that
certain piece or parcel of land situate lying and being
in the State of Florida and County of Alachua, and
