South E. corner of said Section 15, running west to the
SW corner of said section thence North to the NW cor-
ner, thence E 48.30 chains, thence South 51.00 chains; thence
East 31.50 chains, thence South 29.00 chains to the place
of commencement, the same being a part of Sec. 15.

appertaining & also all the estate right, title inter=

intestate had in his lifetime & at the time of
his death. - To have and to hold the said prem-
ises above mentioned and described and hereby
granted & conveyed unto Mrs. Sarah C. Little her
heirs, executors or administrators, to her and their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever. - In wit
