County of Alachua} Know all men by these presents that I,
Virginia Branning of the foregoing State and County in
consideration of the sum of ($125.00 One hundred & twenty
five Dollars lawful money to me paid by Sarah E. Rauleson of
the foresaid County & State the receipt whereof is hereby ac
knowledged do hereby grant bargain sell & convey unto the said
Sarah E. Rauleson her heirs & assigns a certain tract or parcel
of land situated in said State & County, bounded & described as
follows: to wit (5) acres lying in the South East quarter of
the SW 1/4 of Section fourteen (14) Township Eight (8) Range
Twenty one (21) South & East containing commencing at the
North East corner of the South East quarter of the South West
quarter and running west one hundred & thirty (130) yards thence
one hundred & eighty six 2/3 (186 2/3) yards South, thence one hundred
& thirty (130) yards East, thence one hundred & Eighty six 2/3 (186 2/3)
yards to the place of beginning - To have & to hold the above de-
scribed land to the said Sarah E. Rauleson her heirs & assigns
to their sole use & behoof forever.  And I the said Virginia
Branning for myself my heirs executors & administrations
do covenant with the said Sarah E. Rauleson her heirs & assigns
that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the aforesaid granted
Land, that the said land is free from all incumbrances, that
I have good right to sell & convey the same to the said
Sarah E. Rauleson her heirs & assigns forever as aforesaid
forever as aforesaid & that I will & my heirs executors & administrators shall
forever warrant & defend the same to the said Sarah E. Rauleson her
heirs & assigns against the lawful claims & demands of all persons
    In witness whereof I, the said Virginia Branning in the granted land
have hereunto set my hand & seal this seventh day of October in the year AD one
thousand Eight hundred & seventy five.
