This Indenture made and en-
tered into this 15th day of Sept. A.D. 1875, be-
tween Peter W.W. Sparkman, and his wife Sarah
E. Sparkman, parties of the first part and Hardee
Raulerson, party of the second part. Witnesseth:-
That the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred
(400) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, has given granted,
bargained, aliened, sold and transferred and
by these presents do give, grant, bargain, sell and
transfer and convey unto the said party of
the second part, all that tract, or parcel of
land, situated and lying in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, known and described
as follows: Lying in the town of Waldo, known
and described in the plat of said town, as Lot
No 5, Block No. 8: To Have and to Hold the same
described premises together with all and sin-
gular the rights and privileges, immunities ease-
ments and appurtenances, unto the said
party of the second part, their heirs as their
absolute property in fee simple forever; and the
said parties of the first part do covenant
and agree, that they are seized of a good and
indefeasible fee simple to the above premises and
that they have good right to convey the same
as they have conveyed the same, free and dis-
charged from all incumbrances, and liens of any
and every nature and description, and that
that the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns, shall quiet and peaceably enjoy
the above described premises against all persons, who so
lawfully claiming the same; and that they will
at any and all times make such further cov-
enants conveyances and assurances at the expense
of the expense of the said party of the first part, as
the said party of the second part, their heirs or
assigns or counsel in the law may require In

part have hereunto affixed their hands and
