Alachua County } Before the subscriber, a Justice
of the Peace in and for said County, personally
came P.W.W. Sparkman and Sarah E. Sparkman
his wife, who severally acknowledged they signed
the within conveyance for the within specific
purposes, and the said Sarah E. Sparkman says
she signed the within for the purpose of relin-
quishing all her right of dower, possibility of
claim of dower in or to the aforesaid granted
premises unto the said Hardee Raulerson, his
heirs or assigns, and the said Sarah E. Sparkman says,
upon a separate examination apart from her
said husband, that she had of her own free will
signed and sealed the within conveyance. Wit
ness my hand and seal, as said Justice, this 15th
day of September, A.D. 1875.

Limestone County} This Indenture, made this Fourth
day of November, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy five, between Henry G. Anderson, of the above State
and County, of the first part, and James Doig, of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, of the second
part:- Witnesseth:- That said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of five hundred
dollars, to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained, sold, convey-
ed and enfeoffed and by these presents doth
bargain, sell, convey and enfeoff unto the said
